| Bill Wald of Washburn ND hauled in a monster record setting Muskie July 20th 2004 from New Johns Lake ND | ||||||

|
Bill Wald of Washburn ND hoisting his just caught state record Muskie Bill discovered Reef Runner cranks just days before his record setting catch. A friend gave him a couple Reef Runners to try. He caught a few walleyes on them so his wife Sharon decided to buy some and off they went fishing. After giving live bait some time on New Johns lake he decided to tie on the Reef Runners and simply troll up the middle of the lake. His first pass resulted in a 71/2 pound walleye. He then said, "Let's do that again, I'll catch one even bigger." He did! |
